Sanlam Graduate Internship Programme 2026. This is an internship opportunity for graduates who need practical experience to obtain a professional qualification, or for unemployed graduates who need practical experience to enhance their career prospects.
Key Tasks and Outcomes:
This is a 12-month contract that allows the candidate to gain valuable practical experience in the financial services sector. The selected candidate will receive training and participate in administrative office tasks as part of the Sanlam Connect regional office team.
- Providing administrative support to the management team
- Supporting financial advisors and/or agents
- Coordinating and managing events
- Developing new business
- Following up on outstanding installments
- Processing payments
What will ensure your success in this role?
Requirements and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- University degree or diploma in a business-related field (Marketing, Law, Financial Planning, Human Resources)
- University degree or diploma in a business-related field (Business Administration, Marketing, Sales/Retail Management, Finance, and/or Economics)
- University degree or diploma in a business-related field (Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Office Management, and/or Industrial or Organizational Psychology)
- University degree or diploma in a business-related field (Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, and/or Public Relations)
- Low or no work experience is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
To succeed, you will need to demonstrate strong experience in the following areas:
