You will work alongside experienced operations professionals, supporting the day-to-day activities of our distribution center while learning about inventory management, warehousing, customer service, and operational processes.
What you will enjoy doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the distribution center
- Assisting with receiving, order preparation, packing, and shipping
- Supporting inventory management and control
- Assisting with inventory counts and reconciliations
- Supporting the maintenance of order, cleanliness, and health and safety standards within the distribution center
- Assisting in investigating and resolving operational inquiries and discrepancies
- Supporting administrative activities and reporting within the operations team
- Gaining experience in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations within a national retail company

Qualifications required for this role:
- National Qualification (NQF) Level 6 in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field
- National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 6 in Information Technology, Systems Support, Computer Systems, Technical Support, or a related field
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Information Technology, Software Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Diploma or University Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) in Law, Legal Assistance, or a related field
- Diploma or University Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High accuracy and excellent organizational skills
