What We Offer:
This one-year introductory training program provides participants with the opportunity to experience the work environment and develop essential job skills. Selected candidates will work in a world-class environment at one of our offices or sites in South Africa. Throughout the program, they will gain valuable practical experience and skills, fostering a market-, operations-, and customer-centric mindset in our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Participants will assume support responsibilities across various departments within the company. These responsibilities are crucial to ensuring effective performance and provide a fast-paced, practical work experience.

Program Requirements:
- South African nationality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Further higher education is an advantage
- Currently unemployed
- No more than two years of work experience
- Age between 18 and 30 years
- Commitment to the 12-month program
- No prior participation in any YES vocational training program
- Excellent academic record
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Qualitative learner
- Good time management skills
- Teamwork skills
- Positive attitude
