We are looking for talented students to join our team for a 12-month P1/P2 program within the Service, Engineering, and Reliability departments in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The program develops participants’ skills by progressing from basic learning to practical technical and operational competence in maintenance environments. It integrates core principles of reliability and industrial engineering to improve efficiency, equipment performance, and productivity, supported by structured training, assessments, and work logs to facilitate a smooth transition to higher-value assignments.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Theory) from a South African university
- Applicants must be enrolled in a practical training program (P1/P2) to fulfill the qualification requirements
- A strong interest in mechanical systems, maintenance, and field service environments is required
- Basic technical knowledge is an asset, along with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning
