Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential
- Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems relevant to retail is an asset

Requirements/Experience
- High school diploma with a minimum grade of 40% in mathematics/mathematical literacy
- Passing two South African languages with a minimum score of 40%
- Currently studying Operations Management
- Completed the theoretical courses; practical experience is required to obtain the certificate
- Willing to undertake vocational training in this field
- Must not have completed a previous training program with another company or organization
