Seriti Learnership Programme 2026. This position aims to develop and equip candidates with the necessary qualifications as specialized technicians in various fields, such as diesel mechanics and automotive electrical systems.
Available Specializations:
- Diesel Mechanic
- Automotive Electrician
Requirements:
- A high school diploma in mathematics (not language and literature) and science with a minimum grade of “Pass,” along with two N2 level subjects related to the specialization, or an N2 level certificate with a minimum grade in four relevant subjects
- Theoretical Aspects of the Specialization:
- Diesel Mechanic (Mathematics, Engineering Science, Technical Drawing, Diesel Engine or Automotive Theory)
- Automotive Electrician (Mathematics, Engineering Science, Industrial Electronics, Electrical Theory)
- They must be able to work under pressure and demonstrate innovation and initiative
- They must be able to identify faults without supervision
- They must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid fitness certificate
- Experience in the mining sector
