Job Description
The internship program is a structured, practical program that provides unemployed youth with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within our company. This program offers them real-world work experience and the chance to apply valuable skills to their future careers.
Selected candidates will sign a fixed-term apprenticeship contract (not an employment contract) with the company and will receive a salary of R9,000. This is an apprenticeship opportunity for unemployed youth who are passionate about working in call centers and want to gain experience to develop a career in the finance and insurance sectors.
Work Schedule
You will be required to work the following shifts, according to a pre-arranged schedule:
- Friday to Monday (9 hours)
- Saturday (8 hours)
- Sunday (5 hours)
- You will have two days off per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
- One day per week will be dedicated to in-person training to achieve full qualification
Public Holidays
You will be required to work a full day on public holidays in South Africa if you are scheduled to work on that day, unless it is a UK public holiday.
